Job summary

TG Minto Corporation in Ontario is seeking Production Team Members to support our Just-in-time production of high quality automotive parts. This role offers starting wages of $20.55/hr with overtime after 40 hours and shift premiums for afternoon and night shifts.

You will maintain a safe and clean work environment, meet hourly production quotas, document daily production, and follow work instructions to contribute to TG Minto’s safety-focused, team-driven culture. Replacement role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)
