Job summary

Safran is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Mirabel plant to lead daily manufacturing activities for aerospace components. You will manage shift teams, monitor performance, and coordinate resources to meet production plans while upholding quality, HSE, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You have a DEC/DEP in a related discipline and at least 3 years of team leadership in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing. Fluency with ERP/MRP systems and lean tools is expected.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of team management experience in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of CASQ-IT and quality procedures.
  • Lean tools knowledge (5S, Kaizen) and ERP/MRP familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily operations of the shift to ensure targets on production plans, quality and HSE.
  • Coordinate the work of production teams on the ground.
  • Ensure productivity and efficiency targets are met.
  • Track indicators (on-time delivery, scrap rates, downtime).
  • Lead daily production follow-up meetings (QRQC) and shift transitions.

The Mirabel plant is dedicated to the manufacturing of major components of landing gear for Airbus A320, A330, and A350 models, as well as the Boeing 787.
