Job summary

Safran S.A. in Mirabel is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities for aerospace components. You will guide teams, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality, safety and delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily shift operations to ensure production targets are met (quality, HSE, delivery).
• Coordinate the work of production teams on the floor.
• Track indicators (on-time delivery, scrap rates, downtime).
• Lead and participate in daily production follow-up meetings (QRQC).
• Promote continuous improvement and development of manufacturing staff.

The Mirabel plant is dedicated to the manufacturing of major components for landing gear for Airbus A320, A330, and A350 models, as well as the Boeing 787.
