Coffrages Synergy Formwork in Lavaltrie, QC is seeking a general labourer to perform routine labouring duties in a busy work site. You must communicate clearly, be reliable, and capable of working 40–60 hours weekly in a noisy, dusty environment.

Responsibilities include establishing work schedules, training arrangements, supervising a team of 11–15 workers, and supporting efforts to improve productivity and product quality while ensuring safety and compliance with site procedures.
