Job summary

CHEP Mississauga, a leader in supply chain solutions, seeks a seasoned front-line supervisor to drive safety, productivity, quality and cost efficiency on the production floor. You will mentor staff, lead safety initiatives and manage shift operations, partnering with HR and maintenance to meet corporate goals.

The role requires 5–7 years of frontline supervisory experience in production or logistics, with Six Sigma/Lean exposure. CHEP offers strong benefits and a clear path for development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma required.
• Experience in frontline supervision in production, manufacturing, logistics or customer service.
• Familiarity with safety programs and CHEP procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership by mentoring, coaching, and guiding employees and addressing employee relations issues.
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a proactive safety culture on shift.
• Manage shift maintenance and coordinate with maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end operations to improve efficiency, quality and cost.
