Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2–5 years leading Lean implementation projects.
• Proven supervisory/leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily targets across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Morale, and Environment.
• Implement Manufacturing Operating System standards and lead initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Oversee machining operations to reduce cycle times and improve tool life.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and tooling lifecycle management.
• Coach and mentor Process Coaches and Operators.
• Maintain production reporting and develop capital upgrade business cases.
