Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Mississauga to lead a production team manufacturing custom products per customer specs. You will ensure quality, on-time delivery, and cost control while managing resources and safety.

The role requires 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP, drawings, and lean methods. A competitive benefits package accompanies this key leadership position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related supervisory experience in production environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; strong written and oral communication.
• Experience reading drawings and understanding manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and OSHA/ safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with production planning to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality specs.
• Direct and motivate a workforce to achieve safety, productivity and quality targets.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safe work practices; ensure compliance with OSHA.
• Drive lean initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency across departments.
• Institute preventive maintenance and suggest equipment/ tooling improvements.
