Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Montreal, QC for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain production efficiency. Additional responsibilities include scheduling production shifts, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with quality control to ensure product standards are met. The Production Supervisor will also implement process improvements and ensure proper documentation of production activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and managing production staff
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
• Experience in production scheduling and inventory management
• Ability to coordinate with quality control and ensure product standards
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
