Responsibilities:

1. Organize the work of the production crews during each shift and plan for the next day with the flight coordinator.
2. Manage priorities and assign work to the right resources according to the skill list.
3. Evaluate the amount of resources needed for the work to be done.
4. Supervise and support the Blue collar team on technical aspects and processes.
5. Act as a reference for production activities.
6. Coordinate with Quality for direct inspections when needed.
7. Ensure each shift meets the objectives set by the client and flight coordinator.
8. Ensure manufacturing milestones are achieved.
9. Escalate encountered problems and follow up with support functions (aircraft coordinator, logistics, method, quality, engineering).
10. Validate hours for the entire production team.
11. Participate in meetings to advance or improve the project.
12. Evaluate the performance of the production teams.
13. Ensure administrative follow-up with employees (badge application, welcome day, stamps, tools).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional Studies Diploma in structure assembly/aeronautical construction or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of management experience in the aeronautics or a related advanced sector.
• Autonomous with good judgment and discernment.
• Ability to work as part of a team, influence, mobilize, and guide various departments.
• Strong sense of responsibility, with skills in delegation and task prioritization.
• Commitment to quality and rigor in work performance.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
