The Production Site Controller & Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial health of the production facility with administrative and operational support. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and offering strategic recommendations to the local management supporting the decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the monthly reporting to the local management, divisional and global finance functions
  2. Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
  4. Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic planning in the entity
  5. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making in the Entity
  6. Monitor, control and update the cost prices and support on the IC and external pricing
  7. Monitor and control production expenses
  8. Manage inventory levels and assess the financial impact of inventory decisions
  9. Manage the financial risk register
  10. Keeping an open mind, challenge the existing structure
  11. Ad hoc analysis to support the dynamic environment we operate in
  12. Monitoring and reporting on project status, identifying any issues that may affect production timelines
  13. Approve and process invoices, expense reports, and payroll as needed
  14. Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  15. Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and basic employee support
  16. Act as a liaison between the site and corporate teams
  17. Embody, demonstrate, and reinforce the #1ANDRITZway core values and behaviors and promote a positive work environment
Technical Skills Required:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Experience in financial management, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
  3. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
  4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication and report writing skills.
  6. Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  7. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP.
  8. Advantage: Experience with SAP BI, SAP Financial Consolidation, SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft PowerBI and ThinkCell
Education:

Minimum requirement - Bachelor degree within economics, finance or a similar business administration degree
