Job summary

Piller's Fine Foods is hiring for production roles in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The job focuses on inspecting, packing, labeling, palletizing, and maintaining clean production areas to ensure product quality and safety.

We offer hands-on training, competitive pay, and overtime opportunities. Applicants should be reliable, able to lift 50lbs, and work well in a team environment with flexible shifts including day, afternoon, night.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Experience using computers.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to work overtime based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product, packages and dates codes, and remove any defects as per quality standards.
• Pack product into boxes, scale and print/ apply labels.
• Palletize finished product onto skids, wrap skids and move to the staging area.
• Complete all required production paperwork with accuracy.
• Ensure work area is clean at all times.
• Clean and sanitize production rooms and prepare the work area for the following day.
• Follow all prescribed SOPs, rotation schedules, HACCP, GMO and CCP procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
