Responsibilities

• Inspect product, packages and dates codes, and remove defects per quality standards.
• Pack product into boxes, scale and print/apply labels.
• Palletize finished product onto skids, wrap skids and move to staging area.
• Complete all required production paperwork with accuracy.
• Ensure work area is clean at all times.
• Clean and sanitize production rooms and prepare the area for the following day.
• Follow SOPs, rotation schedules, HACCP, GMO and CCP procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
