Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in manufacturing; 1-2 years in lead role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership to motivate staff.
• Familiarity with production scheduling and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities
