Linamar Corporation is seeking a Supervisor, Quality to coordinate daily Quality department activities and ensure targets are met. You will mentor staff, develop test procedures, and support production with quality planning. Strong leadership and GD&T/ISO knowledge are essential for driving continuous improvement.

You will oversee audits, standard implementations and problem solving to minimize waste and improve efficiency. A secondary school completion is required, ASQ certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Quality inspectors and Gauge Technicians.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and supervision of Quality personnel.
• Develop and recommend test procedures for products and materials; support production.
• Evaluate employees through performance reviews and coaching.
• Support product launches and quality planning involvement.
• Oversee implementation of quality standards and processes to reduce waste.
