Job summary

W3Global is hiring a Production Coordinator to join our steel fabrication and repair facility in Fort McKay, Alberta. This role supports production, purchasing, and financial administration while collaborating with Production, Scheduling, Sales, Accounting, and Supervisors.

Responsibilities include producing production reports, managing and closing work orders, ordering materials, and coordinating with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office and Excel is required.
• Analytical and strong organizational abilities are essential.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to finance or accounting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production reports, documentation, and work orders.
• Open, manage, and financially close work orders.
• Order materials and consumables and allocate materials to work orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain accurate production routings and capacity information.
• Support scheduling and help minimize production bottlenecks.
