Full Time Experienced Printing Customer Service/Order Coordinator Position

This growing printing company is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Coordinator to support sales and production teams. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and staying organized, and have flexographic experience, that’s a big plus!

Location: Scarborough, ON
Pay Scale: $20-$25 (based on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, admin, or office experience within the printing industry
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to juggle deadlines
• Experience with Label Traxx or similar printing ERP
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and data entry skills
• Comfortable with phone, email, and office systems (flexographic printing experience is a bonus)

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders accurately
• Coordinate jobs from pricing and artwork through production and delivery
• Keep customers in the loop on order status
• Answer questions and help resolve any order issues
• Support the sales team and keep records organized
