Job summary

HotRun Inc. is seeking a Customer Service / Production Coordinator to act as a vital link between customers, Sales, and Production, ensuring orders are processed accurately and progress through production and shipping on schedule.

You will coordinate orders, communicate requirements and timelines, support production scheduling, and verify invoicing accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication, organizational skills, and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support or production coordination, preferably within manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with customers and internal teams.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.

This position acts as an important link between customers, Sales and Production, helping ensure customer orders are processed accurately and move through production and shipping on schedule.
