Job summary

Prophix, headquartered in the GTA with teams across North America, Europe, and Australia, seeks a Solution Architect to translate client requirements into Prophix One designs delivering real business value. You’ll work closely with implementation consultants, Sales Engineers, and Product Management to ensure a credible path to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4–6 years in business or technical consulting, plus 6+ years in complex software environments.
• Strong business analysis capabilities including elicitation, analysis, and translating business needs into technical designs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Analysis Services.
• Knowledge of GAAP and budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across technical and finance domains.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Legally able to work in Canada and willing to travel internationally.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and translate client requirements into Prophix One designs and documentation.
• Coach delivery consultants to raise quality and consistency of engagements.
• Conduct design reviews and model audits on active implementations.
• Maintain and evolve implementation methodology, standards, and knowledge base.
• Act as a customer advocate to Product Management and surface insights.
• Partner with Sales Engineers on proof-of-concept builds and pre-sales analysis.
• Contribute to sales/marketing with industry knowledge and specifications.
• Manage multiple client engagements and internal initiatives without compromising delivery.
