Job summary

Toromont Cat is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement to elevate the sales organization through training, tools, content, and performance insights. You will drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Operations to enable profitable growth and exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead onboarding and ongoing development programs, manage playbooks and resources, and partner with tech teams to optimize CRM and sales automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
• Certifications in sales enablement, AI, digital transformation, or leadership are assets.
• 6–8 years in sales enablement, operations, or leadership roles.
• 4–6 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience implementing training, technology adoption, or improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales enablement strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead onboarding and development programs for sales teams.
• Oversee sales content, playbooks, and enablement resources.
• Partner with tech teams to improve CRM, tools, and adoption.
• Measure program impact with KPIs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.
