Responsibilities

• Serve as the store expert by providing detailed product information to customers and other associates
• Conduct sales activities promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandise displayed
• Prepare weekly flyer
• Perform order management duties including entering orders, contacting vendors, tracking orders, and resolving issues
• Provide excellent customer service through daily execution of customer service programs and follow-up on orders
• Assist customers in locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
