RONA is seeking a product specialist to guide customers to the best product choices. You’ll be the store expert, providing detailed information to customers and fellow associates while promoting and recommending products and installation services.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, preparing the weekly flyer, managing orders with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the store's service programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as store expert by providing product information to customers and staff.
• Promote and recommend products and installation services that meet customer needs.
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandise displayed correctly.
• Prepare the weekly flyer.
• Manage orders: entering orders, coordinating with vendors for special orders, tracking and fulfilling orders, resolving issues.
• Provide excellent customer service through store service programs and follow-up on orders.
