RONA in Sherbrooke is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to help shoppers find the right products and provide expert advice in-store. You’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience and developing product knowledge across departments.

You’ll learn product features, support merchandising efforts, and contribute to meeting sales targets while upholding store policies and safety guidelines in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Assess customer needs and provide well informed and specialized advice about products.
• Present merchandise and demonstrate features, and recommend complementary items.
• Contribute to merchandising of products in your department (displays, signage).
• Stay informed of new products and their technical applications.
• Contribute to achievement of sales targets.
• Stay informed of promotions and flyers.
• Follow store policies on loss prevention and health and safety.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
