• Experience with hybrid Waterfall and Agile methodologies is an asset.

Product Planning and Backlog Management

Contribute to defining the product vision and roadmap collaboratively with the Product Manager and Business Champion. Manage and prioritize the scrum team backlog, ensuring transparency and clarity. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Participate in Program Increment planning and ensure alignment with objectives.

Product Development and Sprint Execution

• Lead and guide the scrum team during development phases.
• Participate in daily scrums, acting as the business voice and primary contact for the team.
• Monitor progress, manage stakeholder demands, and communicate risks.
• Address impediments to ensure successful completion of sprints and releases.

Product Evaluation and Acceptance

• Evaluate and accept the final product based on acceptance criteria and team’s Definition of Done.
• Participate in demos, retrospectives, and post-implementation analysis to identify improvements.

Qualifications

1. Education and Experience

• Certificate or diploma in Business Analysis, IT, or related field.
• Five years of experience in complex analysis, including two in a related role.
• Degree in Business, Management, or related discipline.
• Experience with product strategy in a Lean-Agile environment is an asset.
• SAFe Product Owner certification is an asset.

2. Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of Agile principles and processes.
