We are looking for Technical Project Managers and/or Product Owners with experience in professional services to join our team!

What you'll be doing :

Pre-sales Project Management (75% of the time) :

• Ability to submit proposals for potential project work
• Ability to produce estimates into a resource plan
• Support in submitting RFPs
• Set the timeline, budget, and roles for project implementation
• Participate and support client pitches and proposals by preparing project budgets, timelines, and related materials
• Lead discovery meetings with potential clients and present final proposals highlighting our value proposition

Project Management (25% of the time) :

• Manage and deliver technical projects, products, and apps on budget, on time, and with high customer satisfaction
• Define and manage project scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication with stakeholders
• Lead small project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, providing coaching and motivation
• Manage project revenue and reporting
• Interact effectively with clients at various levels

Skills & Qualifications :

• 2-3 years of project management experience in technical professional services and digital projects
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong client and team relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with diverse talents, personalities, and teams
• Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism and a good sense of humor
• Analytical and financial skills for forecasting and reporting revenue, expenses, and milestones

Must Haves :

• Strong technical background
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Flexible and agile mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Haves

• Experience in XR / VR or emerging technologies
• Agile certifications
• Fluency in French

Location

This is a 100% remote full-time position. Candidates outside Canada will work as independent contractors.

Compensation

The salary range is CAD $80K to 110K annually (or equivalent hourly rate for contractors outside Canada). Compensation depends on skills and experience.
