We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Owner - Lead to Order (L2O) - Remote Canada position.

As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will lead the product intake, backlog prioritization, strategy, and roadmap of the Salesforce platform. You will lead discovery to create development-ready stories for the development team. The ideal candidate will have Salesforce and Agile framework experience, with strong leadership, communication skills, and technical aptitude.

The ideal candidate will have proven Salesforce product knowledge and experience demonstrating improvements in product management efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work with business groups to understand demand.
  2. Collaborate with the business to develop detailed requirements.
  3. Design high-level solutions and architecture.
  4. Lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring team goals are met on time and within budget.
  5. Manage platform integrations.
  6. Own a portfolio of products/initiatives as a strategic, senior-level contributor.
Required Qualifications:
  1. 6+ years of experience as a product owner leading a technical team in an enterprise Salesforce environment.
  2. 3+ years experience with Lead to Order (L2O).
  3. 5+ years experience with Order to Cash, preferably with background in Quoting, Contract Management, Orders, Provisioning, and Billing.
  4. Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, story-pointing, and retrospectives.
  5. Experience managing projects with Agile tools like JIRA, Team Services, Rally.
  6. Ability to understand detailed business processes and create detailed user stories and requirements.
  7. Experience with process improvements and automation opportunities.
  8. Participation in roadmap planning and multi-cloud implementation touchpoints.
  9. Strong documentation skills using flowcharts, descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
  10. Decision-making skills and issue resolution.
  11. Participation in UAT and Go-Live activities, including test planning and execution.
  12. Ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively.
  13. Experience with Salesforce product features and delivering within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  14. Excellent communication, organizational, and team skills.
  15. Ability to prioritize product backlog based on business value.
  16. Decision-making authority on product features, maximizing product value.
  17. Strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations.
  18. Certifications: Salesforce Cloud, Salesforce Admin, Certified Product Owner or Salesforce Business Analyst.
