Job summary

DarkVision Technologies is seeking a Product Operations Manager for its Vancouver, BC headquarters. The role focuses on delivery execution, answering customer follow-up questions, and coordinating service quality objectives.

You will collaborate with Product, Data Analysis, Data Development & Ops, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to scope and prioritize customer commitments and ensure on-time product delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with complex technical data or analysis-driven products.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-sufficient with ability to make decisions and balance risk/reward.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner for customer follow-up requests arising from reports delivered to customers; scope requests and prioritize delivery.
• Track, triage, and coordinate service quality items with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
• Develop high-quality customer facing materials, including technical explanations and presentations.
• Coordinate execution between Product, Data, Engineering and Sales to align priorities and avoid gaps.
• Support the Product Manager to ensure delivery of high-quality results from data analysis to customer integrity reports.
