Behavox is seeking a Delivery Manager to orchestrate complex, enterprise client projects from our Toronto hybrid office. You will coordinate delivery activities, maintain schedules, and ensure alignment to scope, timelines, and delivery standards.

The role requires 5+ years in delivery or project management, with strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and data integration approaches. You will operate across multiple workstreams, escalating risks to protect project success.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise delivery frameworks and large-scale client engagements.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery considerations.
• Knowledge of data connectivity models and enterprise data integration.
• Understanding of project cost levers and time-to-value in delivery.
• Familiarity with Behavox’s mission, marketplace, and technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Delivery planning and maintenance of schedules, Gantt charts, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate multiple delivery activities across workstreams.
• Identify, document, and track delivery risks and issues with escalation as needed.
• Deliver clear, direct delivery communications to stakeholders.
• Monitor adherence to scope and support changes as required.
