Vision33, a global SAP partner, is seeking a Delivery Manager for the SAP Business One Practice in the Greater Vancouver Area. You will lead a consulting team, shape delivery excellence, and influence business performance across BC, ensuring high-quality, on-time, value-driven outcomes.

You will balance people leadership, project delivery, planning, and commercial accountability—aligning resources with customer needs and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of delivery management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience leading professional services teams.
• ERP project delivery or SAP-focused background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the SAP Business One delivery team to deliver outcomes, engagement, and project success.
• Manage utilization, revenue, gross margin, delivery targets, and customer satisfaction against the business plan.
• Shape delivery plans and growth strategies with the leadership team, including forecasting and capacity planning.
• Own delivery execution from kickoff to close, keeping scope, budgets, change requests, approvals, risks, and commitments on track.
• Put the right people on the right work by aligning skills, availability, needs, priorities, and objectives.
• Create clarity, momentum, and accountability through coaching and continuous improvement.
• Champion strong internal partnerships with HR, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The Opportunity

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a growing practice, shaping delivery excellence, and influencing business performance in the BC region. In this role, you will oversee the performance, engagement, and utilization of our implementation consulting team while ensuring customers receive high-quality, on-time, and value-driven outcomes. You will balance people leadership, project delivery, operational planning, and commercial accountability to support continued growth and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire the SAP Business One delivery team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, strong engagement, and consistent project success.
• Drive practice performance by managing utilization, revenue, gross margin, delivery targets, and customer satisfaction against the annual business plan.
• Shape delivery plans and growth strategies with the leadership team, including forecasting, margin planning, capacity planning, and resource alignment.
• Own delivery execution from kickoff to close, keeping scope, budgets, change requests, approvals, risks, and customer commitments on track.
• Put the right people on the right work by aligning skills, availability, customer needs, project priorities, and business objectives.
• Create clarity, momentum, and accountability through clear direction, coaching, feedback, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Champion strong internal partnerships with HR, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to support team engagement, delivery excellence, and business success.

What We’re Looking For

• Delivery leadership experience with 5-10 years in delivery management, consulting leadership, professional services, or a similar environment.
• People leadership capability to coach teams, drive engagement, and improve delivery performance.
• Commercial acumen across utilization, revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business goals.
• ERP delivery experience, ideally with SAP Business One; Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite experience is also valued.
• Strong execution skills in project discipline, communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and problem-solving.
• Additional assets, including French/English bilingualism and an MBA or formal business education.
