II. ROLE

The Operations Program Coordinator supports customer communication and coordination across Production Control, Shipping and Receiving, Material Handling and Finance. The role monitors production flow-time and work-in-progress status and prepares shipping, invoicing and project close-out documentation.

The role is full-time and on site in Delta, BC. The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 per year. Placement within the range will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.

III. MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION

• Coordinate across Production Control, Shipping and Receiving, Material Handling and Finance to resolve issues.
• Provide daily updates, follow-ups and proactive communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer requests and communicate effectively during high-pressure situations.

PRODUCTION AND COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTATION

• Monitor production flow-time and work-in-progress (WIP) status.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoicing and project close-out packages.
• Review or validate customer contracts and pricing, and coordinate the resolution of discrepancies.

VIII. REQUIREMENTS

• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to meet CGD/ITAR clearance requirements; Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status required.
• Available to work on site full-time in Delta, BC.
• Relevant experience may include B2B customer-facing work, manufacturing, aerospace, airline operations, production scheduling or planning.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage customer communication, follow-ups and administrative documentation.
• Strong organization and the ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
