Mundo AI in Vancouver is seeking an Operations Manager to turn complex data-project requirements into reliable execution, scalable capacity, and consistently high-quality delivery.

You will own the operational execution, build teams, design workflows, coordinate contractors, and ensure delivery stays on track as you work with Product from early discovery through final delivery. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategy to scale data projects across labs and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading execution-heavy projects with many dependencies.
• Ability to turn ambiguous goals into clear plans and routines.
• Proven track record building teams, coaching, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Turn project goals into practical operating plans with clear owners and milestones.
• Build and support delivery teams, including hiring, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Run day-to-day execution, track progress, quality, cost, and risks.
• Coordinate people across teams and external partners, remove blockers.
• Create repeatable processes, tools, and reporting to scale the business.
