Robertson & Company Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager (SSO) for a top North American financial institution, based in Toronto with hybrid working arrangements. You will own rewards lifecycle, lead SSO integrations, and translate complex security and identity topics into business-ready recommendations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, vendor coordination, and delivering measurable outcomes across rewards and ecosystem integrations.

Qualifications

5 years' experience in Digital Product Management, with loyalty or rewards and identity integration.
Executive communication: ability to present to senior leadership.
Translate complex rewards and tech topics into business narratives.
Experience coordinating with senior leaders, tech partners, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Manage rewards budget, define eligibility, reward value, and strategy execution.
Own the full rewards lifecycle: scope, design, launch, measure, iterate.
Lead ecosystem integration delivery: roadmap and delivery of SSO integrations with care vendors.
Drive SSO and identity federation across the ecosystem using SAML 2.0 and OIDC.
Define integration and rewards architecture patterns with Engineering, Security, Data.
Translate strategy into delivery plans with milestones, ownership, risks.
Champion measurable outcomes: KPIs like reward redemption, engagement, integration adoption.
Ensure secure, compliant connections across customer and care vendor connectivity.
Synthesize complex topics for leadership with clear recommendations.
