Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CCPay product lifecycle, prioritizing client requirements.
• Refine product vision aligned with OPS I&IT policies.
• Understand client experience, identify gaps, and generate growth ideas.
• Onboard new clients and manage existing client needs.
• Drive product launches with the CCPay team, executives, and product peers.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on impact to organization and clients.
• Represent CCPay by engaging clients for feedback and evangelizing the product.
