Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Product Manager for Rewards Strategy & Partnerships in Toronto, hybrid work (3 days on-site). The role owns end-to-end rewards strategy and lifecycle execution, and leads integration efforts for SSO and 3rd-party care vendors within the Get Care ecosystem.

You will collaborate with security, architecture, and data teams to define scalable patterns, align with senior leadership, and drive measurable outcomes across the rewards and integration workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in digital product management with rewards/loyalty focus and SSO integration experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end rewards lifecycle and integration programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication and ability to translate complex topics for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end rewards strategy and lifecycle execution across design, launch, and measurement.
• Lead integration delivery for SSO and 3rd-party care vendor connectivity.
• Develop and prioritize rewards and ecosystem integration roadmaps.
• Define and refine integration patterns (SAML 2.0, OIDC) for secure delivery.
