Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Agile product management experience, with a hands-on execution focus.
• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or loyalty programs is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and collaborating with development teams.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems, and product management tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.
• Strong analytical thinking and a customer-first mindset.

We're looking for a Product Manager/Product Owner to join a leading Canadian retail organization, supporting product development and integration initiatives across its loyalty and financial services platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, documenting requirements, and collaborating with development teams.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems, and product management tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.
• Strong analytical thinking, a customer‑first mindset, and a collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach.
