Job summary

Vretta seeks a dynamic Product Analyst to shape educational products and ensure they meet client and learner needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

You will analyze business processes, report findings with data-driven insights, manage stakeholder relationships, and help guide product development sprints throughout the e-assessment lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in education, science, mathematics or related field.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation and experience with project management tools such as GitLab, Notion.io, Trello, Google Suite, and MS Suite.
  • Strong ability to translate requirements into actionable items within the product development pipeline.
  • Proven experience in collecting data and generating detailed reports.
  • A client and relationship-focused mindset, with the ability to build positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Highly motivated, well-organized, personable, and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • A genuine passion for education and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the ed-tech industry.

Vretta is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Analyst to join our team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our educational products and ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and learners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' operational and strategic goals, enabling you to anticipate their requirements and offer guidance on best practices within the context of our educational technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Instructional Designers, Data Engineers, and developers, to validate technical requirements and establish effective implementation strategies.
  • Evaluate business processes related to our product, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Gain in-depth insights into project requirements and utilize this knowledge to influence project planning and development.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather their feedback, ideas, and requirements. Organize and present this information to our product teams in a format that influences product development sprints.
  • Work closely with our internal team members to track project progress and assess its impact. Provide data-driven reports to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Foster meaningful and sustainable relationships with our partners. Respond to inquiries and concerns from managers and executives with well-researched recommendations.
  • Maintain clear communication with both internal teams and clients to ensure that all requirements, deliverables, and milestones are well-defined. Ensure alignment and engagement among all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the quality of our product throughout the entire e-assessment life cycle.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree or higher in education, science, mathematics or related field.
