Job summary

You will take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery while providing Level 3 support for critical systems in an agile environment. You should bring problem-solving skills, collaborate with Instructional Designers and Data Engineers, and write scalable, well-tested code.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Ability to navigate, debug, and resolve issues across different layers of the software stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver scalable platform features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide Level 3 operational support by troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents.
• Reuse, extend, and architect reusable code components and libraries.
• Maintain, optimize, and refactor existing applications for performance and reliability.
• Write test cases, conduct code reviews, and assist with deployment pipelines.
• Participate in technical requirement reviews and communicate implementation plans.
