Job summary

The Toronto Community Housing Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Procurement Transformation to lead cross-functional procurement transformation projects, improve vendor risk management, and drive cost‑effective processes. You will oversee a strategic roadmap and deploy procurement tools to ensure efficiency and compliance.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement combining home-based days with on-site work.

Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
PMP certification is required.
Six Sigma Belt certification preferred.
10–15 years of procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, or related experience.
Public sector or community housing procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects related to vendor risk management and procurement transformation.
Develop and implement procurement processes and tools to enhance contract management and efficiency.
Create and manage the annual roadmap for procurement initiatives.
Lead deployment of procurement processes and tools across the organization.
Manage the procurement transformation budget and align with financial objectives.
