Job summary

EY Canada is seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager in Procurement Transformation within the Supply Chain & Operations practice, based in Toronto. You will help clients achieve better value through procurement transformation across direct and indirect spend, employing digital tools and global methodologies.

You will lead and deliver procurement process design, category management, supplier relationship management, and P2P improvements while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Post Graduate degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent preferred.
• At least 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience with government and/or blue-chip organizations.
• Experience with improving performance of large-spend organizations with complex, high-volume procurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of procurement transformation programs from strategy to implementation.
• Support CPOs in transformations as procurement becomes digital and the landscape evolves.
• Manage day-to-day engagements, direct sub-work streams, and maintain client relationships.
