The Process Improvement Lead supports process improvement initiatives within the OEM Remanufacturing facility with a primary focus on the Finning Exchange business. This role leads cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational performance, solving complex problems, and delivering measurable business outcomes. A strong data driven approach is essential, leveraging analytics and structured problem solving to identify root causes, evaluate opportunities, and support decision making. The work often involves navigating ambiguity, where problems and solutions are not clearly defined, requiring the ability to structure issues, explore options, and develop a path forward. Success in the position requires operating in a highly cross functional environment, influencing outcomes, aligning stakeholders, and driving results without direct authority.
This position is a Monday to Friday role based out of our OEM Remanufacturing facility.
