Job summary

DRA Global Limited is seeking a Process Engineer based out of our Toronto Office with a hybrid work schedule. You will contribute to process engineering and discipline project design across feasibility studies, EPCM and EPC projects.

Responsibilities include technical and site support, documentation, and flow sheet development for mineral processing plants. Requires 8+ years in an EPCM environment and a chemical/metallurgical engineering degree.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in a similar role within the multi-disciplinary EPCM environment.
• Bachelor's degree in chemical or metallurgical engineering.
• Experience in flow sheet development and process design criteria (PDC).

Responsibilities

• Technical Support and Site Support for process engineering activities.
• Reporting and Documentation of project work.
• Develop flow sheets and participate in MEL development and vendor package adjudication.

We are seeking a Process Engineer based out of our Toronto Office, working in a hybrid schedule.

Reporting to DRA's Manager - Process Engineering, you will be responsible for responsible for the Process engineering and discipline project design activities relating to Concept, Pre-feasibility, Feasibility Studies, EPCM and EPC projects.

Responsibilities

Main functions include (but not limited to):

• Technical Support
• Site Support
• Reporting and Documentation

Responsible for flow sheet development for mineral processing plants which includes.

• Development of Process Design Criteria (PDC)
• Mass-water balance calculations
• Process Modeling
• Specification and supervision support for metallurgical test-work programs for process design
• Develop preliminary specifications and equipment sizing.
• Development of Mechanical Equipment Lists (MEL)
• Technical adjudication of vendor supply packages

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in a similar role within the multi-disciplinary EPCM environment
• Bachelor's degree in chemical or metallurgical engineering

The compensation range for this role is $95,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
