The Process Design Consultant will work closely with Delivery and Business partners in evaluating initiatives to determine how process design can meet strategic objectives. Core duties include conducting end-to-end business reviews, redesigning processes to improve operational efficiency, and managing high-impact cross-functional projects for the enterprise.
Key Activities :
- Determine the best methodology and approach based on high-level goals and strategic alignment to thoroughly understand opportunities for improvement.
- Define and align on the approach, including the business problem, objectives, scope, and success metrics.
- Document current state processes, pain points, baseline metrics, and gather voice of the customer.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze current processes, identify, and prioritize improvement opportunities for the target state.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement solutions and transition improvements requiring review and budget approval.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to support recommendations and develop business cases.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in business management or consulting within the financial services industry or consulting firms, with knowledge in strategy, transformation, product development, project management, or investment operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven high performance and achievement in previous roles.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar process improvement certification is required.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
