Take your career to new heights with Loopio! We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the Library team, building the vision of sales response management for Loopio’s customers. This role focuses on streamlining customer workflows by organizing enterprise knowledge, providing instant access to trusted content, and generating highly contextual, personalized proposals with confidence and efficiency.

You will play a key role in shaping Loopio’s product vision, especially in the area of artificial intelligence, and contribute to our evolving product experience, design system, and feature development. You will collaborate closely with designers, Product Managers, Researchers, Software Developers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders across teams in Canada, the UK, and India.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be involved in all aspects of product development, from ideation to implementation, working with Product and Engineering teams
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, explore ideas, and validate customer value
• Design solutions for complex user problems using research, data, feedback, and intuition
• Conduct UX research, create prototypes, and design complex workflows
• Use digital analytics to inform design decisions
• Monitor and improve the performance of designs post-launch
• Collaborate with Engineering to incorporate feedback and technical considerations
• Lead design critiques, empathy exercises, and ideation sessions
• Lead design discussions within Agile teams and with stakeholders to develop innovative and feasible solutions
• Maintain and contribute to the design system and principles
• Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking across the organization

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in B2B environments
• Proficiency in interaction design and complex workflow solutions
• Experience with user-centric design and design thinking
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, hierarchy, and iconography
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and ideas
• Ability to visualize ideas through sketching and whiteboarding
• Strategic mindset to balance user needs with business goals
• Experience with AI-related design projects is a plus
• Focus on outcomes and user value
• Facilitation skills for meetings and workshops
• Curiosity and a growth mindset
