Job summary

Irving Consumer Products in Ontario is seeking a Senior Excellence Leader to drive a multi-year papermaking process improvement roadmap, identify new technologies, and elevate performance across sites. You will lead cross-functional teams with Operations, Engineering and Product Development, coach staff, and deploy Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve OEE, capacity, quality and cost.

With a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 7+ years in papermaking and process improvement, you will influence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in manufacturing, papermaking & converting operations, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of papermaking processes, equipment, and quality systems.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

New Brunswick Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $152,500. Placement in the salary range will be based on relevant job-related factors like candidate experience, education, skills and qualifications.

Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $121,000 to $171,000. Placement in the salary range will be based on relevant job-related factors like candidate experience, education, skills and qualifications.
