MYTECHNICIAN in Laval, QC is seeking an IT infrastructure professional with 3+ years of experience to perform preventive visits, maintain servers and networks, manage backups, and strengthen cybersecurity for client environments. You will monitor environments using remote tools, contribute to standardization, document work clearly, and collaborate with teams.

French/English bilingualism, valid driver's license and travel to client sites are expected; MS 365 and Windows Server experience is

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or advanced technical support.
• Hands-on experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and proactive IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, backups and cybersecurity.
• Experience with remote monitoring and management tools.
• Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
• Excellent analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough, self-directed approach focused on prevention and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong technical relationships with clients.
• Valid driver's licence and availability for regular travel to client sites.
