Zusammenfassung

MYTECHNICIAN is seeking an IT professional to join a growing MSP team in Laval, Quebec. You will build strong client relationships, advise on IT projects, and implement scalable solutions tailored to client needs and budgets.

You’ll diagnose complex issues on-site and remotely, deploy and optimize networks and systems, protect client data, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to projects and the company goals while developing your skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
• Strong experience in network infrastructure and security (firewalls, routing, VPN, VLAN, QoS, fibre optics, Wi‑Fi).
• VMware (vCenter, vSphere) and storage solutions (NAS, SAN, vSAN) experience.
• Experience with Windows Server (2012 R2 to 2022).
• Experience with backup and replication solutions (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS).
• Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
• Excellent ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
• Valid driver’s licence and availability for occasional travel to client sites.
