Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the VIP insurance space.
• R.I.B.O. license is required.

• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and the private client market.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Client service & support: respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring high service.
• Account management: conduct renewal reviews, provide recommendations, offer quotes, and remarket policies to retain/grow the book.
• Sales & cross-selling: identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to clients.
• Document management: process renewals, endorsements, claims, and changes via EPIC and portals.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring a high level of service is always maintained.
• Account Management: Conduct renewal reviews, provide recommendations, offer comparison quotes, and remarket policies as needed to retain and grow the book of business.
• Sales & Cross-Selling: Keep an eye on total account awareness and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to clients.
• Document Management: Process renewals, endorsements, claims, and change requests via EPIC and company portals efficiently and accurately.

Desired Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the VIP insurance space.

• Proficiency with EPIC brokerage system is a must.
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers (e.g., Aviva Ovation, Intact Prestige, Northbridge Onyx, Chubb) and the private client insurance market.
