Staples Canada is seeking a Print Centre Production Supervisor to oversee operations at the Print Centre Hub, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and coaching for Associates.

You will train staff in copy production, manage performance, handle orders with accuracy, and promote a safe, efficient team environment. This role requires 2–3 years supervisory experience in print and a high school diploma; Staples values teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years progressive supervisory experience.
• 1-2 years in a Print environment with knowledge of graphic design.
• Successful completion of high school or greater.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of the Print Centre Hub and drives production volume.
• Coaches and provides high quality instruction to Associates; supervises direct reports.
• Executes production tasks with accuracy, following set up, quality control and finishing procedures.
• Ensures on-time delivery of jobs configured as ordered.
• Promotes teamwork and skills development; utilizes resources effectively.
• Communicates goals through one-on-one, meetings, and departmental channels.
• Maintains knowledge of company policies and safety protocols; reports unsafe conditions.
• Supports a productive work environment and continuous improvement.
