Staples Canada is seeking a Print & Services Supervisor to lead a team, drive sales, and uphold store standards in the Greater Halifax Area. You will guide staff in assisting customers with solutions, products, and services while building lasting relationships for future business.

The role involves leading on-duty activities, supporting programs, and training across the store to ensure exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in retail, with supervisory/coaching preferred.
• 1-2 years in print/graphic communications with knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Technical ability to operate computer and printing equipment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach selling model to engage customers and motivate associates.
• Execute, communicate, and maximize sales with flyer and promotions.
• Lead store areas including cash and print to achieve goals.
• Maintain operational excellence and store brand standards in print.
• Provide training and development for associates in-store.
