Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant focused on Technical and Engineering recruitment.
• Track record of placing candidates in senior engineering and technical management roles.
• Deep understanding of engineering disciplines and industry requirements.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex recruitment projects for specialized engineering roles (mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical).
