Job summary

AItoolnavio is seeking a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer for AI & Developer Platform based in Canada. You will lead API design, developer experience, and cloud infrastructure to deploy AI-native applications for enterprise customers.

You will architect real-time LLM inference, RAG pipelines, and distributed AI workloads, while collaborating with senior leaders to shape platform strategy and product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior software engineering experience with leadership in developer experience and AI platform architecture.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise customers and translate needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Strong API design skills (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) and CI/CD automation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and standardize enterprise-grade APIs and SDKs for AI platform.
• Lead developer experience efforts, API governance, and API design principles.
• Architect production-ready AI infra for real-time LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and influence product strategy with enterprise customers.
